Just a nice choice for a momentary pause in Ann Arbor with good value considering price it charged. Our fourth floor room was surprisingly comfortable, featuring a ‘magic mirror’ with wifi and ceiling speakers, which added a fun touch. For a relaxing evening, the indoor saltwater pool is a nice spot to unwind.

The Habitat bar was the highlight, with live music and a great atmosphere. We loved the balcony pool option, and the layout of the hotel made spending time with my five teenagers enjoyable. The staff was accommodating and warm, which we appreciated.
My kids wished the pool hours were more flexible.

The architecture is stunning and worth the boutique price. Our family loved the balcony pool option. The modern amenities in the bathroom, like the Bluetooth mirror, were impressive. Housekeeping did a great job keeping our room clean. Events with live music added excitement.

The balcony pool option was a fantastic addition for our family, allowing for quality time together. The architectural design of the building felt boutique, justified by the price. However, some amenities were closed during weeknights, which was disappointing, and the check-in experience was quite embarrassing due to a reservation mix-up that left us feeling frustrated. Despite excellent high-quality food being offered, the service issues detracted from an otherwise pleasant visit.

Had an amazing time with my friends at this hotel! We loved hanging out at the attached bar, The Habitat, which had live music and a dance floor for a fun night out. The room was comfy with high-quality pillows and a great shower. Don't miss exploring the local shops and eateries nearby. there’s plenty to enjoy, rain or shine.
One downside was the door to the room that opened directly into the space, which felt a bit weird and lacked privacy.

missingWrote a review on Oct 22feature pool; unique architectureworn room; rusty bathroom; unrefurbished stay
The balcony pool option was a fantastic feature for our family, and the unique architecture of the building made it feel special. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed, but it did show signs of wear, especially in the bathroom with some rust. We appreciated the warm indoor pool and the availability of a hot tub and sauna, making our stay enjoyable. While disappointed we didn't get a refurbished room as promised, the efficient front desk staff made check-in easy.

The indoor salt-water pool was enjoyable, but the pool rules felt too restrictive.

The Standard Double Room with Pool View offers a stunning aesthetic with modern decor that really pops. The bathroom features high-end amenities, including a Bluetooth mirror and a fantastic waterfall shower head, making for a luxurious experience.
However, the room design can be a bit odd. the glass door to the pool area lacks privacy, making it feel less intimate. Noise levels can be disruptive, especially in poolside rooms where screaming children remind you you're not on the Falcon. Lastly, while the hotel has a trendy bar with live music, the sound can travel, keeping you awake during the night. It might not suit families looking for peace and quiet.
